David Mehrle, RMFT
After 25 years as a pastor, I decided that the part of it I like most was helping people through counseling, so I decided to do that exclusively. Now I am a Marriage and Family Counselor at Living Well.
I love working with people as they seek to change their lives and who they are. My heart for helping people and working with them to see life change has been my heartbeat since college. I have worked with teens, couples, and families as they go through seasons of difficulty and significant life changes. Seeing people grow and personally take control of their lives has brought me great joy.
I desire to help my clients find the space to discover what is holding them back or leaves them feeling deflated so they can rise above it and have the life they desire. Relationships can be at the heart of many of our issues in this life, and together we can discover new ways to improve your relationships. If you are ready to put in the time, you will be amazed at what you can discover about yourself. The therapy process will open you up to being the person you always wanted to be or getting back to who you once were.
I believe with a bit of hope, each one of us can live fulfilled lives. I am available for in-office sessions or telehealth. If you are ready to discover what is getting in the way and figure out what to do next, give us a call or send an email. Together we will work to accomplish your goals and work through whatever you bring to therapy
