Individual therapy at Living Well is a collaborative process in we which work with individuals one-on-one to help them become their best self. It’s not only for those who feel like they are in crisis. It can be helpful for anyone looking to improve their life.
During individual therapy sessions, we will support you while you move toward the goals that we set together. Sometimes we will challenge you. We will provide a space for you to search for answers and work through the difficulties in your life without judgement. We will be using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help you best meet your treatment goals.
