Leslie Williams, Life Coach & QMHA

Welcome! I am so glad you are here. My coaching work is grounded in empathy and deep respect for your story, and I believe real change happens when you feel seen, heard, and valued. I am here to walk beside you through the hard parts, offering steady guidance and practical strategies so you can move toward the life you want with clarity and courage. I welcome people of all ages and backgrounds, and I am honored to help with life transitions, grief, the impact of trauma, or any place where you feel stuck and ready to grow. I additionally specialize in anxiety care, including generalized anxiety, social phobias, and performance anxiety. I also support clients working through tapering and deprescribing psychotropic medications, with personal and professional experience with benzodiazepine dependency and the tapering journey associated with benzodiazepine use.

My approach blends existential theory, acceptance and commitment theory, somatic practices, person centered care, cognitive behavioral tools, and polyvagal principles. Together we will explore the patterns and beliefs that shape your life with curiosity and compassion. And then translate that insight into small, doable actions that align with your values and build resilience over time.

I bring more than a decade of experience in mental health and social services, including residential treatment, wilderness therapy, outpatient case management, and crisis support. I have supported adolescents, young adults, families, and adults through complex challenges, and I carry that experience into coaching with warmth, presence, and a calm, steady pace. I am completing graduate studies at the University of the Cumberlands for a masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, which keeps my work fresh and informed by the latest research and development in the mental health field.

Outside of work, I love the sun and the ocean, and I am learning to surf whenever I can. I share life with Gabe, my ten year old beagle and best friend who reminds me daily to pause, breathe, and enjoy the simple moments.

If you are ready to take the next step, I am here to help you find steadiness, confidence, and a renewed sense of self. You do not have to do this alone, and we will move at a pace that feels right for you.
