Well I am here to help you live with intention, which includes making conscious choices to propel your life, go after your dream, or even get out of your own head. Sometimes we may have obstacles such as past trauma, negative thought patterns or unhealthy relationships. That is where I come in. As a therapist it is my job to help you move past those obstacles and reach your goals, or even help you identify new ones.
With a wide variety of professional experience, I’m here to help you with an integrated approach using a combination of modalities and interventions that serve you best. I have had years of training with addiction, self-esteem, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions and so much more. I am also not one of those therapists that only sits back and listens and says, “How does that make you feel?” I actively challenge your perspective and help you reframe thoughts so you will view the world differently. This will lead you to change your daily interactions and behaviors. This will also create lasting emotional change that will further support you as you continue to go after your goals.
While I am located in Neptune Beach, I also offer online counseling where you will be able to hear and see me just like you would in my office.
